Assivip, works in various ways, to protect the
cultivators who make the quality of the product
their main aim. It obtained official recognition
in the region of the Marches in 1991.
It is a fairly substantial undertaking, if we
think about the complexity of uniting producers
of all different sizes and business types, but
fruitful when we consider that, entirely without
patron, Assivip offers itself as a reference
point, a 'round table' for comparison between
the many different producing realities, about
the problems they encounter and the proposed
development objectives.

The idea is that, by organising the producers,
the structural gaps regarding the offer and
esteem of the vine-growing and wine-producing
industry can be bridged. This aim would be
reached by encouraging the direct participation
of these same producers in the planning phases.
Here is, therefore, how this area of isolation
and ancient communities today manages to boost
technical progress, rational production
development and the optimal use of productive
factors. Here, therefore, is how it can qualify
and evaluate what it produces, how it manages to
raise its own contractual capacity towards third
parties and together, to supply, directly or
through institutions and private and public
bodies, all the services and technical
assistance that may be of use to the associates.
The great experience of many associates and a
consolidated professional attitude, confirm that
our vine-growing and wine-producing industry has
great potential to offer. |

Objectives |
|
The quality and goodness of the wines is
in continual evolution and the objective
of Assivip is to reduce the number of
treatments necessary. In this way, it
will be possible to aim for a quality
agriculture, which is the vocation of
this Marches earth. For this reason,
Assivip provides a control and technical
assistance service to the production,
because the quality of the product
begins at the vineyard and with the
adoption of appropriate culture
techniques. The other objective, which
is closely related to that of quality,
is in the promotion. In this sense, we
develop initiative of commercial and
marketing politics, in order to improve
the ability of the associates to
participate in the competition of
national and international markets. The
total image of the Marches wine products,
already of notable resources, can do
nothing but benefit from it. |
